    I think these are mostly Cortlands. When I peeled them for the pie, though, I definitely had at least one Fuji mixed in, based on the different color of its flesh.

      didn't we determine that the Fuji's are kind of striated, and generally not as red? who knows.

      mikomiao yeah but once you start pulling them out the difference between the Cortlands and Fujis is really hard to discern.

      Erin true. mine are mostly still in the bushel bag. i've had one honeycrisp and am about to have a Fuji.

      Fujis have a muted, almost blush pinkness to them (their skin, that is). Cortlands are more saturated and crisp (in color).
