the widest view
There are some narrow views on photography, with some people claiming that some kinds of photography are not worthy of being called so, with purists of every type claiming *their* way is the correct, the best, the only way to create great photography.
All photographs are worthy of the name, regardless of the technique, the camera, or how they're used. A photo of a special day of your childhood or of someone you miss dearly will be more important to you than all the other photographs in the world, regardless of what the "experts" think of it. Don't listen to the naysayers, take lots of photographs, send them to your friends, upload them online, print and hang them on the walls. Photography is for everyone.
