Curio Bay

About:

Curio Bay is known for its petrified forest, 18 million years volcanic mud flows flooded this forest, this happened at least 4 times. Over the years the tree became rocks and over time the see eroded away the sandstone and other sediments leaving these fossils. Clearly visible here are two trees
