2011 BHM - Joyce Grear Performance
Professional storyteller Joyce Grear was at PCC Feb. 14 to help the college continue its celebration of Black History Month.

A Wilmington resident, Grear portrayed Harriett "Moses" Tubman, a former slave who rescued more than 70 slaves using a network of antislavery activists and safe houses known as the Underground Railroad.

PCC's celebration of Black History also included a musical performance by the school's Elements of Praise gospel choir and a trivia competition.
