Ricks Automotive Scholarship Contribution '16

On behalf of the Kiwanis of the Golden K Foundation, Bob Hursey, left, and Ray Jernigan present a $1,000-check to Susan Nobles, PCC Vice President of Institutional Advancement and executive director of the PCC Foundation. The funds will go to the PCC Foundation in support of the Ricks Automotive Scholarship. Established in memory of former Golden K Kiwanis member Ed Ricks, the scholarship is awarded annually to a second-year PCC Automotive Systems student. Ricks, who once operated a service station in Greenville, is remembered by friends as being committed to helping young people succeed and dedicated to excellent automotive service.
