Frozen Soap Bubble
Yesterday was cold, sunny, and had few breezes. This is the latest in by quest to to get some good photos of frozen soap bubbles. These are much more interesting to me than the earlier attempts. I used manual focus and also tried to get photos as quick as possible to capture the crystals in the process of forming. Also I had the bubbles as best I could on top of a snow pile so I could capture the bubble above the snow background.
Our house is reflected in the film. The crystal formations are just beginning to form around nuclei from which they expand within the bubble film.
