Coastal Light

One of my strengths as a photographer is being able to see an image quickly and react to current conditions. Change up the game plan I guess. I believe this has been developed from chasing the light at the last minute in the Everglades. I am not keen on planning out images, something I found really improves one's success in other parts of the country. Anyways, this image was not planned at all. I went to the coast to find absolutely no clouds for sunset and a weird mist/fog being blown in. I started thinking it would look great in the trees and found this comp pretty quickly. So not necessarily making something out of nothing, but definitely coming away with an image when the proposed shots weren't panning out.
