Hf - You would think utterly evil if you were at my home and in a moment of inspiration needed a ladder for something. It has extra re-inforcements bolted on in several places to increase stability, (it will not fold up without their removal).

As it happens I was easel shopping yesterday at Opus - they have a sale on now. I found that I'd have to spend more than $500 to get something sturdier and more practical than this one.

I have an idea to make a list of things, like in the I SPY books, to see if people could find them all.

Paul's sanctuary. It is a good place to return to. I always liked the ladder easel, very practical, very utilitarian. Waste basket is probably for rags, because Paul doesn't throw out his work, he just keeps painting over it until he sees what he wants to keep

I am also a fan of the studio shots.
I'm always amazed at how clean other people's painting spaces are.

It used to be really messy but I renovated a few years ago and added lots of light. It hasn't had time to decompose yet.

the agony of sunning low on wallspace, do you stack them or give them away like puppies?

Seen in your Studio Shots set. (?)

Hi Aletta - Thanks for all your comments and observations! Some of the most thoughtful and interesting I've received. I will comment on some others where you left them, but since was a question - will answer here. I hang them wherever they will fit on my walls, else stack them up. To use the animal analogy - more like a crazy cat person with a 100 cats in the house.
