This is a close up of the crater Copernicus.


I took this during the early evening of April 24th 2011, when the sun was still visible, though about to set.


The seeing conditions I've found are usually very good.


And can be, equivalent to that period before dawn.


The image you see here. Was taken using a QHY5 and x2 Barlow with eyepiece projection, on a 254mm F4.8 reflector.
