      I believe the "US TREASURY" wall piece is by the artist Sheppard Fairey who also created the now famous blue/grey/red Obama HOPE poster.

      Thanks Dizzy! That's great to know. This was outside the hotel my wife and I stayed at. I'm always impressed with all the artwork that is everywhere in New York. It's overwhelming.
