Art of the State®: Pennsylvania 2013
The “Art of the State: Pennsylvania 2013” is the annual, juried art exhibition now in its 46th year. The exhibit is a partnership between Jump Street and The State Museum of Pennsylvania, PHMC.

Art of the State is a prestigious statewide showcase for the talent, creativity and diversity of Pennsylvania artists.

The finest current works of established and emerging artists are selected by a distinguished panel of jurors. Most pieces are available for purchase.

The competition, open only to Pennsylvanians, includes five categories: Work on Paper, Painting, Sculpture, Craft and Photography. In 2013, jurors selected 137 pieces from 1,933 entries. Jump Street presents a total $5,000 in cash prizes with additional prizes awarded including the William D. Davis Memorial Award for Drawing and The State Museum of Pennsylvania Purchase Award.
