David Edward Hall MILLARD

Born 21 Dec 1892 at Clontarf, Dublin, Ireland

Ref 1901 census. Surrey, England. Civil Parish of Farnham Rural. Registration District of Farnham. Address: Foochow Lodge, Farnham Rural, Wrecclesham. Together with his mother and 4 siblings and 3 visiting Missionaries:

27/8/1916, David attained the rank of Second Lieutenant in the Queen's (Royal West Surrey Regiment), 3rd Bn. attd. 1st Bn.

He died on 23 Apr 1917 in France in WW1. He is remembered on Bay 2 at the Arras Memorial, at Pas de Calais, France.
