Whole Wheat Penne with Artichokes, Olives and Tomato Basil Sauce
Organic whole wheat penne with marinated artichoke quarters, ripe black olives and prepared tomato basil sauce. Added leftover chicken. Topped with grated parmesan and fresh basil leaves. Reached home at 6:30pm and dinner was served at 7pm. Not bad for a quick weeknight meal :). To make this a vegetarian meal, omit the chicken.
