Spinach, Mushroom and Sun-dried Tomato Frittata

Recipe from www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/238024. The only thing I did different was add in some baby bella mushrooms. Served it with toasted whole wheat English muffins topped with some artichoke pesto, cheese and basil. We had this for dinner but I am sure it would make a wonderful brunch as well.
