Imperial war museum, Salford Quays

Newer Older

This is my first photo with the new camera! Taken at the Imperial war museum, Salford Quays near Manchester. On Thursday I finally bought the Canon 5d mkII after 3 months of saving. I went for the pro kit which includes the 24-70mm F2.8 L lens. So far I am really happy, it's a huge leap from my last camera but thought I was ready to take the jump.

I have book the week of work to have a play, fingers crossed the weather is nice for at least half of the week. Plenty more photos to come over the next few weeks.

Hope everyone is well, I will be catching up on streams over the weekend :)

`Echo, memory in time( Patti ), and 2 other people added this photo to their favorites.

i really, really like this one. It almost seems as if this plank is leading me into some unknown circle. It's quite trippy actually. Nicely done Adam.

thank you, the clouds where very much circling the top of the building; I was pretty lucky as there was no blue sky all day other than when I took this photo!

I know its been too long! I have been hard at work trying to save for the new camera. Finally made it so should be around much more again now :)
