Yo Gabba Gabba Pumpkins
It's no secret that Yo Gabba Gabba is a big hit at our house... and it's Ryan's favorite television show. It's the one show that keeps his attention, and he is mesmerized by the songs, while he dances along.
So naturally, when pumpkin time came around, we decided to make a set of Yo Gabba Gabba pumpkins. Becki helped me paint them (she mixed the blue and pink on Foofa and Toodee and did the base coats, and Foofa's flower), and then the project started getting more in depth, and I decided to add more detail. I used Apoxie Sculpt for Brobee's horns, Muno's bumps, Toodee's ears, and Plex's antennae bulb.
It took me about three days to complete them all (working in the evenings off and on). It's driving Ryan absolutely crazy that he can't pick them up and play with them...
It's been far too long since I've done any customs... this really got the creative juices going again. I'm going to have to get back into "the lab" soon...
