. shallow fry tofu till yellow and crispy
. fry carrot, mushroom and bamboo shoots, salt+soy+green onion for flavor, add water to simmer them
. put tofu into soup, continue heating about 3 minutes
. thicken using starch
. sesame oil + sesame for flavor
done. I cooked a lot this dish recently.
