蛤蜊汤,Clam Soup

蔬菜加热,蛤蜊加热,混合,加盐,辣椒

 

It's another try of the clams I bought last time. It's a soup that's supposed to be very fresh and sweat and full of smell of ocean, at least the culinary book said that. The recipe is:

 

. Heat vegetable (pok choy, mushroom, fungal), paprika, and clams directly without water and oil, just put 1 table spoon of salt. When vegetables turns soft, and clams open, then some water in pot, continue heating as soon as it's boiled.
