Sakkonet Light, Ma - light of day

    Newer Older

Took a little break from my RAW conversions and went thru some older slides from my New England adventures. Most of these slide film shots are over 10 years old. Nice to finally scan them and get them ready for printing. They've been sitting in my dusty LA closet.... dreaming of the moment they might see the LIGHT of day again. OK, I'm gonna get back to my RAW conversions... lots of new images still to go thru. This shot was one that I really wasn't liking years ago, but looking at it NOW, it's not so bad.... the small lighthouse always bothered me.... too small to be a subject and the sky just wasn't blowin me ova, but as a simple seascape... it isn’t so bad, it at least has a feeling, even if it isn't the definitive SAKKONET LIGHT HOUSE picture. Shot with 35MM Fuji Velvia 50 speed Film
