Flour power in Papua New Guinea
Oxfam's partner in Papua New Guinea Community Development Agency (CDA) is helping people transform cassava into something less traditional by adopting a West African tehnique of processing it.

Cassava can now be used as an emergency food source, in baking sweet treats and as a means of generating higher incomes for the rural people of the Highlands.
