Dust storm hits refugees arriving at Dadaab
As new arrivals queue outside the IFO camp reception center they are caught in a brief dust storm whipped up by the harsh winds. The new arrivals all receive essential items including food, jerry cans, blankets, soap and plastic sheeting for shelter.
The population of #Dadaab refugee complex passed 400,000 last week (9 August 2011).
Oxfam continues to scale up our humanitarian response, aiming to reach three million people with aid, across Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia..
