New Oxfam water point, Somali region, Ethiopia

    Newer Older

Local beneficiaries gather to watch as the final touches are put to a newly built water point and be the first to take water from the taps.

Only made possible by a new borehole 135 meters deep, fresh clean water will now be available to 13,000 people year-round.

Oxfam continues to scale up our humanitarian response to the East Africa food crisis, aiming to reach three million people across Ethiopia, Kenya and Somalia.
