Bryce Canyon National Park

Best viewed in LARGE

This photo does not do justice to this beautiful area of sandstone cliffs and pinnacles some of which are more than 200 feet high. It is not really a canyon as such but is formed in the shape of an ampitheatre. The highest part of the park is 9,000 feet above sea level.
