OH Dog Auction

This report from USA Today about dog auctions in Holmes County, Ohio uncovers horrifying--but unfortunately not surprising--examples of animal neglect and abuse. As we have posted before, there is a strong movement arguing for the banning of such auctions in Ohio, but legislators have failed to take action.
