Ice Flow - Virkisjökull, Iceland
It is not every day that I shoot landscapes at 400mm. In fact I think this is the narrowest angled landscape photo I have taken.
I found the patterns of the large glacier structures of the glacier very interesting seen from a distance. I mounted the huge 400mm f2.8 lens that I had borrowed on my camera (or rather mounted the camera on the lens) to take a closer look. I added a part of a green mountain called Svínafell into the frame to give it a little contrast.
