Emergency Shelter

Again the Aurora was active. The yesterday before it snowed here in Reykjavík, which is very unusual this early winter. Good thing about the snow is that it provides much better foreground details when shooting Aurora. This shot is taken of an emergency shelter on the road to Bláfjöll from Hafnarfjörður.

Not only was the Aurora active but it lasted for around 2 hours with varying intensity. This meant that I could experiment alot more with exposure and combositions than usual, and I even could change locations.

I will be posting more shots from this session later.
