I bet you do with this swag!

Ka hit the nail on the head the evolution of figs which is driven by the community is great! Arelight still has the edge on those female torso's though :)

While I think that LEGO has started to favor figure quality over set quality these look fantastic! From what I have seen the set isn't too bad either.

Hammerstein NWC Agreed. Really, if it weren't for the progressive work of the customizing community, I don't think we'd be seeing this much innovation from TLG. It's been fun to watch the "conversation" between the minifig customizers / diy folks / custom accessory companies and TLG. I blogged this MOC on Ka-GO with a little summary of what I shared here about the evolution of figs.

    Carson Hart Agreed!!!

Yappen All Day Long Yeah, an unfortunate side effect for a little bit, but I actually think we've seen lots of sophistication over the years in that area as well (with admittedly some regression). But for every "Gandalf's Cart" there's a "Helm's Deep"... The Light Side and Dark Side live in balance after all. (I'm a nerd.)

Looks exactly as it should be pax. Are you thinking about taking a stab at the rest of the palace? Rancor and all?

Really nice stage, with the chain ends and the AQ brains. I agree though, some close up shots of all the figs (plus the actual set itself) would be really good!

Alex Jones Where abouts are you in Germany? I've been to Wurzberg, Karlsruhe, Munich, Wiesbaden, Berlin, Braunschweig, Hamburg, Dortmund, Freiburg, Dresden, and Kiel. Is it generally the case that you (and the rest of Europe) get sets first? I've heard people in Australia and Asian mention that they get things last, but I guess I never really thought about who the luckiest regions are.

That's good to hear, i was so bummed they left the rancor out from the official set, but i was kinda hoping this pic might be a teaser for more to come from your stuff. Does this mean you're also gonna go all out with custom figs to populate the palace

You're so lucky to have them so early :)

I am looking forward to this set and great photo. I am disappointed in Salacious Crumb. He is nice, I just think Lego should have done him like a monkey is done for the Pirate theme. Personal bias.

Probably the fattest figure there is.

Kasama Lego I'm a classic supporter but I can appreciate the detail at least. It just isn't my cup of tea. Although I can hardly complain since it puts the older version in lower demand and easier to get to. :D
