On the inside, the design of the National Museum of the American Indian is impressive just like on the outside. It sports a huge ceiling of stepped concentric circles with a large skylight in the middle, and the balconies of the lower floors, overlooking the inside central courtyard, flow in nice curves that harmonize with the outside curvy look.
For size reference, notice the two peope leaning over the side of the balcony at the bottom, looking like two little specks.
