Capitan Theater

    Newer Older

The old Capitan theater in Pasadena. On my way home from Houston City Docks. First experiment with HDR.

Pasadena, Texas. It was abandoned for a long time. The City of Pasadena bought the strip center where it is and converted the storefronts to admin buiildings. Part of the project was the restoration of the facade of the old theater.

Ooo... this is cool. I'm going to have to go find this. I love the colors.

EgOiStE- yes, Stinkadena. I once thought of writing a mystery novel where the hero is kidnapped and blindfolded, but always knows where he is because he recognizes the smells of the various chemical plants as he is carried by.

laanba- The theater is on the north side of 225 between Ritchie and Red Bluff.

The non-functioning letters in Pasadena make this interesting beyond a single view. Love it!

Thanks for adding this well rendered HDR to the NEW
      TOP HDR Group.

It's a great addition. Don't forget to update your picture when you have something better to share in the future.

Also, add the tag "tophdr" next time. Just added it.

Friend, this is scheduled to be removed from the TOP HDR pool as we've reached the limit of 100. It's time you replace this with a new one. Thank you.

This is a great HDR image of Houston's architecture.

I'm a member of a group called Houston HDR Architecture, and we'd love to have you join our group and add your image to the pool. You also have some other excellent work you might want to include.

      Thanks for considering.
