Hasta la Vestas Mill
Month 14, day 8: Last night's storm brought both good and bad. Some debris broke half of the glass roof off the greenhouse I worked on for the last couple of months. I had to abandon my post above the mill and hide inside the mill's shaft.
Fortunately, the storm completely filled the water tank, more than enough for three weeks.
Thank God the turbine is still functioning... I need it to listen to my "jefferson airplane" CD. I just checked the water pump, which is also in good shape, but the tubing is leaking.
Next week, I'm going down to search for some food/rations/ from nearby wiped out towns. Some cellars made it intact and are filled with supplies.
