Swelling the ranks of KL rooftop bars is Heli Lounge Bar, located on the 34th floor of Menara KH. As the name suggests, aviation and aerospace themes run across the entire place. In fact, the DJ console is an actual Boeing 747 turbine that has been restored – imported all the way from USA. And a reconstructed Boeing 737 plane cabin seat is used as a couch.

But the USP here is no doubt the mobile bar on the operational heli pad (which is a few flights of stairs above the bar). So far, there are no barriers surrounding the heli pad, which means two things: one, it offers a literally 360 degrees view of the KL city skyline. Two, it’s potentially dangerous. Unless you have Batman-worthy equipment, we advise you to stay far from the edge.
