THE PENCIL STUB TOILET and its WIDE-OPEN URINAL
Oh. That's right. This is Japan, where men stand and pee in public --- even when a restroom is only a few feet away. So, why not make the public urinal wide open as well !
We are now well into 2015, and I still see Japanese men peeing all over the sidewalks, or on peoples walls or fences along the street, or on the side of buildings along public thoroughfares and parking lots, or anyplace they want to, with a thousand people walking by.
Fortunately, they do have a "squatter" toilet inside this old Pencil Stub.
