Yashica DSB 135mm f/2.8
I picked up a pair of old manual-focus Yashica lenses yesterday for $10 from a gal up in Oakland, NE. This DSB 135mm f/2.8 lens is in excellent condition. Alas, the DSB series was Yashica's consumer-grade line. As such, this lens has good bokeh, but isn't exceptionally sharp, and has some significant chromatic aberration. The minimum focusing distance is just shy of six feet.
This shot was lit with a Canon 430EX in an overhead DIY 8x10" softbox located a bit to camera right and feathered toward the background. Two white sheets of paper stood upright at each side of the lens to fill in the sides. The surface/background is a white bedsheet.
