      Here is the evidence of the level of trust President Obama compels-Samantha Power's expression says it all. She is obviously confident that whatever her opinion might be, even if not totally aligned with President Obama, she is unafraid to express herself, even from the point as a listener she communicates her feelings as he speaks with her.
