Lunch

I made this "pita pocket" using leftovers from last night's dinner: I sautéed ginger, garlic, onions and cilantro in olive oil, then added carrots, cubed yams, broccoli, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and orange bell pepper, celery, quinoa, tomato, cubed tofu and spaghetti squash. I added Tamari and pasta sauce (alas, Ragu).
