DSC_9308 African porters

Nigerian boys, after hours of waiting on a street corner in kasbah of Algiers, finally got some work, for someone renovating his house inside the kasbah, where he couldnt access with is car because of narrow streets. The African migrants are carrying building materials, supervised by suspicious Algerians, who often refer to black foreigners as "Africans" and treat them as inferior. Of course newcomers' attitudes to locals can be equally full of prejudice, but Arab racism is a serious problem in Africa, one that is rarely mentioned though.
