60 Mile Long Trail of "Dispersed" Oil

    Newer Older

We found a toxic-smelling trail of "dispersed" oil straight south of the mouth of the Mississippi River ... more than 60 miles west of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.

It is a bad idea to add more toxins to this mess, and have it sink to the bottom-probably forever. Who gets a vote on whether or not they use this "dispersant"?

In my opinion, use of dispersants is criminal because the intent (I strongly suspect) is to hide the full impact of this mess below the surface. The phase "less toxic than the oil" is crap because dispersant doesn't REPLACE the toxic oil. It just adds to the mess.

BTW, Canadian gov is PLANNING 12 oil spills in the Arctic late this summer to test various dispersants. Retards.
