CAR PARK CRAZY | by nutfield2
Back to group

Here I am again sat in this car park.

In a car – Inside a box drawn on the ground.

About me are my fellow doomed car parkers -

Who are more or less rectangularly bound.

It is sweltering – Yet isn’t quite midday yet -

I am feeling not quite sane from all the heat.

“Dear Lord pray for us damned within this car park!”

For we’re half cooked existentialistic meat!

I seem to spend my life inside this car park -

My one desire - A personal garage -

But when I am excluded from this car park -

I display the symptoms of car park mirage.

How did we become a car park nation?

“There isn’t an alternative!” – My eye!

If the price of freedom is eternal car parks -

Then I’m glad I’ve just remembered I can fly!

P.S. See you on the roof!
