Annie Silvester and Roy Craven are butchers at Morrisons supermarkets.
Annie worked her way up to be a department manager after just two and a half years on the job.
"I've been working as a butcher for three years since joining Morrisons. They put me through a butchery apprenticeship which went through everything from carcasss breakdown to a trip to the abbatoir.
"I like the fact that I have a skill for life and I can take my certification anywhere. It's nice to get the opportunity to progress through the company"
Next week, 70 companies across the food industry will open their doors to provide free skills training for 10,000 young unemployed people. Find out more at: www.feedingbritainsfuture.com
