Glenfinnan Monument
A new exhibition opened its doors at the National Trust for Scotland’s Glenfinnan Visitor Centre in April 2013.

The exhibition was developed by the National Trust for Scotland’s learning team and designed by Edinburgh-based design company, Studio LR. The project was part funded by Bòrd na Gàidhlig and is the first fully dual language exhibition in the Trust’s portfolio.

The new exhibition breathes a fresh lease of life to the centre, last updated in the late 1990s. The Glenfinnan site is a popular destination for visitors, many of whom stop to enjoy the picture postcard view of the monument or catch a glimpse of the now infamous ‘Harry Potter’ steam train puffing over the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
