CCPI - Jackson County, Ore. Oak restoration project
Members of various government agencies and non-profit conservation organizations met south of Ashland, Ore. Nov. 3, 2011 to view and discuss four oak restoration projects in the Colestin Valley.

This group of collaborative projects are part of an NRCS-funded Cooperative Conservation Partnership Initiative (CCPI). With multiple partners, the Central Umpqua-Mid Klamath Oak Habitat Conservation Project is providing technical and financial assistance directly to eligible landowners in the project area that stretches from Douglas and Jackson Counties in Oregon and into Siskiyou County, California.
