Unknown Salticidae - Ecuadorian Amazon

This was the first salticid I came across in the Amazon basin in Ecuador. We had spent a 45minute flight from Quito to Coca then 3 hours in the bus to the river Tiguina, where we had lunch and got in the motorised canoe for our 3 hour venture downstream to the lodge. About an hour into the journey I saw this little salticid (about 4mm) on the back of the guy in front of me on the canoe. I Swiftly finished my water in my water bottle poked a couple of holes in it and caught the spider so I could get some photos of it back at the lodge, after taking about 30-40 shots of it, it decided it had enough and escaped and eluded me! It was a cute little jumper :)
