Vault

One of two original vaults. A couple more were added when the building was expanded in the 1950's. I heard from an architect that this vault had a layer of cyanide in between the layers of steel plate that form the room, to discourage drilling or blasting. However, I'm a bit skeptical about that claim. The building was one of the first in the nation to be fitted with bulletproof glass, though.
