      Melodic Horn not sure if you mean the first (left) bridge is self-anchored (in which case, you are right), or if this is the first self-anchored suspension span. this is not the first self-anchored suspension span, but it is the first of its asymmetrical/half span type, and the largest self-anchored suspension bridge in the world.
