Kue Pepe (Indonesian steamed layer sticky cake)
Kue Pepe has two versions, one with more sagoo flour (I sub with tapioca flour and little bit corn starch), and another version with more rice flour. I myself like the sagoo version better. This my very first Kue Pepe, I love the taste, but not with the appearance, it's not as smooth as Kue Pepe I had back home. Ah, well, this one was my 1st attempt. I sure will try again.
In the future, I'll use silicone pan since I need to put the plastic wrapper for the normal pan.
