Tim's Kitchen

    Newer Older

Owner/Chef Lai Yau Tim used to run the executive kitchen of the Hang Seng Bank, where some corporate clients would bring their accounts just so they could sample his concoctions. His new Michelin-starred restaurant is tiny, more like a cafe with two large tables and a couple more two tops. As there are only two seatings per night, reservations are a must, and the rich and famous come through here regularly. Lucky for me, my uncle is one of the most well-connected foodies in Hong Kong.
