Yeast Fermentation Experiment
Both batches of beer are now fermenting.
On the left is the 60 min Hop boil
On the right is the 10 min Hop boil.
All the ingredients are IDENTICAL.
Yet the two fermentations are significantly different.
Assuming my sterilisation was identical the difference must be related to the different hop boils?
The big build up of yeast is called "High Croizon", unfortunately I'm unsure of the spelling - I suspect its a german word.
