Humble Garden: Pickled homegrown eggs

Covered and into the fridge for some weeks

 

1 1/2 C vinegar (partly fig infused), 1/2 C water, 2 tablespoons salt, crushed white pepper, crushed allspice seeds, turmeric, boiled and reduced to fit into quart jar with eggs, cooled, poured over cool hard boiled eggs
