Goat Cheese

This is a bit of "terra incognita" for me - I have not had a chance to make cheese at home before.

 

I was able to get some raw goat milk, and to find rennet at "Whole Foods". The result is this uber-fresh goat milk cheese - it turned a little crumblier than I thought it would be, but had incredibly clean taste, nice texture and perfect flavor of feta.

 

Look at that texture!
