Tokina SZ-210 N, 70-210mm f4-5.6, chipped!!!

    Newer Older

The Nikon D90 can not neither meter nor confirm focus unless it has a CPU lens attached. Furthermore it can be used only in manual mode and exposure must be achieved via trial an error method. Same thing happen with entry level DSLR.

This is my Tokina SZ-210 N, 70-210mm f4-5.6 chipped lens.

Please see my other photos for further explanations and tests.

Hi, yes it is the Danlion chip.
I got them from both, ebay first and then from the European site (good delivery).
It was out of stock during parto of 2011, but seems to be available now.

Hi, I am affraid this lens is far from perfect. At 210mm and f5.6 has a lot of cromatic aberration. Finnaly I sold it to someone that use it for video.
